What to Expect

My room is sunlit and comfortable. There is a waiting room on the ground floor as you enter. You will be given a health history form to complete and I will ask you questions pertaining to your health concerns to assist with a treatment plan. This is confidential information. A health history form is available for download here if you would like to complete it ahead of the initial treatment.

Shiatsu therapy and cranial sacral therapy treatments are given wearing comfortable attire.

During the treatments some talking may occur. Silence is also respected and can be optimal for relaxation. Treatments have an accumulative effect. A treatment plan is recommended for each person.
